GENERAL RULES : PHÒNG VÉ EVA AIRWAYS
1. Fare does not include additional taxes, fees and surcharges.
2. Reroute & Reissue surcharge USD50 is applied for SGN outbound ticket. Additional net fare
difference (or published fare difference when net fare is not applied) and tax will be collected if
any.
3. Refund charge USD100 for unused ticket, USD100 for partial used ticket, applied for adult and
child fare. INF = USD30 for refund fee.
4. Lost ticket reissue charge USD75.
5. PTA service charge USD35.
6. Children fare = 75 % of adult net fare on BR sector.
7. INF fare = 10% ADT publish fare.
8. UM (5-11 years old) Fare = applicable adult 1Y fare on BR sector. Any domestic flight involved,
passenger needs to pay according to domestic carrier’s policy.
9. Agents are entitled to get 3% commission when issue SOTO, publish fare tickets. There is no
commission for USA internet and visit USA fare.
10. SGN and HAN Fare table:
a. HAN fare table is applied for SGN agent and passenger
b. SGN fare table is applied for HAN agent and passenger
c. It is applicable to issue open jaw ticket for HAN and SGN. If different fare type is applied, the
ticket validity will be based on minimum validity of applied fare type.
Ex: (SGN-LAX/1M + HAN-LAX/6M)/2. Ticket validity will be 1M.
11. It is allowed to issue SGN/B7xKHHxTPE-TC1 and TC1xTPExKHH/B7-SGN using same fare
as SGNxTPE-TC1 and TC1xTPE-SGN.
12. It is allowed to issue SGN-(VN/CI)xTPE-TC1 and TC1xTPE-(VN/CI)-SGN when BR SGNTPE
sector is not available.
13. Waive Minimum Stay for SGN-TPE/KHH route.
14. The standard ticketing rules will be applied for other items not mentioned above
15.Baggage weight limitations:    USA 2 KIEN (23KG/1KIEN)    CHÂU Á/ÂU  :  20 KG
